  •  OK..i'll start with what i eat for my meal...nonono. i want to discuss here what nutrition that will ensure myself for no to be forgetful..uhh, understand me right...
  • ahha.. actually i'm really love food...eating is one of my hobby other than sleep.. 
  • i love to eat too...stop10x!!! nonsense Yus!! keep sharing ur tips...ok
  • emm...ok lets start with first nutritious food...HONEY- well i'm start to eat this honey during early of this semester..emm it's taste so sweet like me, and it's also good for your health and it's also good for strengthen the memory...Do you know??? Prophet Muhammad loves to eat honey during his lifetime..He always visit his wife house to eat honey.
  • next, DATES...haha this not dates for a couple lorh.. in malay we call this "KURMA".. Kurma also is favorite food for Prophet Muhammad.. he really loves this Kurma. Have you know??? Kurma have 100gram of nutrious food..i just know this when watching drop money from astro.
  • we must avoiding something haram and it will completely decay our memory... that is why we are getting forgetful... but, forgetful is actually suit us... do you know the word manusia or human come from root word in arabic 'nasiya'..it means forget. it is lumrah human is to err..forget.
